TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING YOUR USE OF SIGN PRO’S WEBSITE AND OUR SERVICES.

WELCOME to SIGN PRO’S website available at and under www.signpromankato.com. In this Agreement, Sign Pro is sometimes referred to collectively as "we," "us" or "our."

AGREEMENT (AS FURTHER DESCRIBED BELOW). THE PRIVACY POLICY AND OTHER ADDITIONAL TERMS ARE HEREBY INCORPORATED INTO AND MADE A PART OF THIS AGREEMENT BY THIS REFERENCE. You are responsible for reviewing this Agreement and the Additional Terms each time you use or access the SIGN PRO’S website and its Services.

IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO ACCESS SIGN PRO’S WEBSITE OR ITS SERVICES.

1. We Reserve the Right to Revise this Agreement. We reserve the right, at any time, to update, revise, supplement and to otherwise modify this Agreement, and to impose new or additional rules, policies, terms or conditions on your use of SIGN PRO’S website, with or without prior notice and for any reason. Such updates, revisions, supplements, modifications and additional rules, policies, terms and conditions (collectively referred to in this Agreement as "Revised Terms") will be effective immediately and incorporated into this Agreement upon our publishing them on the SIGN PRO website, which may be given by any means we designate, including by our posting to the SIGN PRO site. You acknowledge and agree that your continued use of  SIGN PRO’S Site will be deemed to conclusively indicate your acceptance of any and all such Revised Terms. 2. We May Amend or Terminate Any Part of the Services at Any Time. We reserve the right, at any time and from time to time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, SIGN PRO’S website or its Services, with or without notice to you. This includes the right to modify, discontinue or remove any content, postings, links, pages, services, or other materials at any time and for any reason. You agree that we will not be liable to you for any modification, general suspension or discontinuance of any part of SIGN PRO’S website or its Services. We may refuse or restrict anyone from access to any or all of SIGN PRO’S website or its Services at any time.

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment in full is required on all standard items.  SIGN PRO accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards.  Some custom purchases may require a minimum down payment when the order is placed.  SIGN PRO shall have the right to recover expenses including collection costs and attorney fees incurred in the collection of past due amounts.

SHIPPING METHOD

Please allow a minimum of 3 days to process your order.  All lead times and transit times are in business days and do not include weekends or holidays.  All orders will ship via UPS ground unless otherwise specified.  Shipping and handling costs are prepaid by the customer and added to the order.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES

Orders changed after the sales order has been confirmed may incur a change order fee.  Orders cancelled within 72 hours from order date will not have fees assessed only if production has not begun on said order.  Orders cancelled past 72 hours from order date will have a 25% cancellation fee assessed.  Rush orders will be subject to additional handling and shipping fees. 

RETURN POLICY

No items may be returned for credit or exchange without prior authorization from SIGN PRO, and are subject to inspection.  ALL returns must be accompanied by a “Return Material Authorization” form (RMA).

·         Any “custom” items, including but not limited to all forms of graphics, customized displays, etc., cannot be returned and are non-refundable. 

·         Return of “standard” items will be charged a 25% restocking fee, or a minimum of $25, which ever is higher. 

·         Authorization for a return must be obtained within 24 hours from date of receipt of product.  Product must be received back by SIGN PRO within 10 days from date customer received product.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

All custom artwork must be provided to SIGN PRO in one of the following file formats: Vector - .ai / .eps / .pdf.  Fonts must be outlined.  If using Pantone colors, specify PMS numbers.  If artwork is not in camera-ready format when submitted, additional design charges may apply at a rate of $70 per hour.

COLOR MATCHING

SIGN PRO strives to achieve accurate colors when printing customer-supplied artwork.  However, due to variances in printers and substrates, we cannot guarantee perfect color matches in all instances.  We provide a digital proof with all custom artwork.  We will be happy to provide a printed proof at the customer’s request for a nominal charge.  If we are matching graphics from a past event, we will require the original printed graphic(s) for color matching purposes.
